Chef Nina B.'s Bio

 

Growing up as a Chef in the D.C food scene over the past decade has inspired and nurtured the culinarian that always lived deep within 30 year old Chef/Owner Nina B. From the sports and entertainment fans bĵombarding her from the Verizon Center in Chinatown while she was Sous Chef at Lucky Strike, to feeding and serving our countries dignitaries at two of the most prestigious address in our country: The Pentagon, and The U.S House of Representatives, she has indeed become a seasoned culinary artist and food service leader.

 

Managing an account that grossed upwards of $7 million annually is no easy feat, but Chef Nina, with passion, integrity, commitment to excellence as well as stellar customer service, rose to the challenge and proved she is a champion. Given the proper resources and a dedicated,  trained team, there is no culinary adventure too great for her to achieve.

 

As a certified holistic health practitioner, she received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Chef Nina was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, she supports people seeking to create a personalized “roadmap to abundant health” that suits each client’s unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. She also have received her certification from the American Board of Drugless Practitioners.
